Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws run via Instagram

  1. Entry to @vamooshcleans's prize draw run via Instagram (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 16 and over, except employees of any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must:
    • ‘Follow’ the @vamooshcleans account, and
    • ‘Like’ the specified photo uploaded to the @vamooshcleans account, and
    • ‘Tag’ a friend in the comments of the specified photo, as stated in the relevant post.
    • Follow the other instructions as specified under the heading 'TO ENTER'
  4. Entries must be received by 23:59 on the date mentioned in the relevant post (the “Closing Date”).
  5. Entries that are delivered late, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. Multiple entries per entrant will be accepted, providing that each entrant tags a different account in each of their comments/entries. Multiple entries that do not follow these terms will not be accepted.
  6. There will be a specific number of winners and runners up as highlighted in the Instagram post.
  7. The prize(s) will be set out in the post alongside the Prize Draw related photo.
  8. The winner(s) will be selected at random within 7 days of the Closing Date. Vamoosh will:
    • leave a comment in the comments box alongside the prize draw photo asking entrants to check their own profile to see if they are a winner; and
    • send a private message to the winner(s) profile and advise them on how to claim their prize.
  9. Unless otherwise stated, the winner(s) must claim their prize(s) within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Vamoosh reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  10. The prize(s) will be sent within 28 days of the winner claiming their prize and providing their details to @vamooshcleans. 
  11. By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Vamoosh’s control. Vamoosh and parent company Cares Laboratory Ltd will not be liable for any such instances. 
  12. Any decision of Vamoosh as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Vamoosh and parent company Cares Laboratory Ltd accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason.
  13. There is no cash alternative to the prize(s).
  14. Images used are for visual purposes only. Vamoosh reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
  15. Vamoosh reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
  16. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s terms of use.
  17. A list of winners’ surnames and counties will be available on request within 28 days after the winners’ have claimed the prize(s) by sending an email to info@vamooshcleans.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to info@vamooshcleans.com within 21 days of the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
  18. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Vamoosh and parent company Cares Laboratory Ltd for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with Vamoosh's Privacy Policy.   19. To the extent that elements of the prize are being provided by a third party, the winners’ personal data may be passed on to that third party for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. 
  20. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
  21. This promotion is not sponsored by or associated with Instagram and you are providing information to Vamoosh NOT Instagram.
