Are Vamoosh products cruelty free?
Yes! Vamoosh is proudly cruelty free. We never test our products on animals, our four-legged friends simply enjoy starring in the occasional photoshoot (with plenty of treats afterwards!).

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, orders placed through the Vamoosh website can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If you're visiting our website from another country, you may see prices displayed in your local currency and language to help you browse our products. However, online orders can only be shipped within the UK.

Pet Hair Dissolver
What does Pet Hair Dissolver do?
Vamoosh Pet Hair Dissolver is specially designed to dissolve pet hair trapped deep within fabrics during the wash. It helps remove embedded hair from pet bedding, blankets, towels and clothing while leaving your washing machine cleaner too.
How do I use Pet Hair Dissolver?
Simply place one sachet (two sachets on first use) directly into the washing machine drum with your laundry alongside your usual detergent. Select a hot wash (85°C to 95° for best results) and wait for Vamoosh to work its magic!
Why does it work best on hot cycles?
Higher temperatures help activate the formula responsible for dissolving pet hair.
What items can I use Pet Hair Dissolver with?
Machine washable pet beds, pet blankets and towels, except if it contains wool or silk. Our Pet Hair Dissolver can also be used on human bedding as long as it's white and 100% cotton. Check the fabric care label if in doubt.
It didn't work as expected. What should I do?
Sometimes we find that people use too cool a wash, or use a pre-wash setting, or don’t use enough product for the load/amount of hair. We recommend using 2 sachets on first use and for very hairy loads.

What does Washing Machine Cleaner do?
Vamoosh Washing Machine Cleaner is the only cleaner to effectively dissolve hair while removing hidden dirt, grease, odours, and limescale from inside your washing machine, helping it stay fresh, hygienic and performing at its best.
Does it dissolve pet hair?
Yes. Our Washing Machine Cleaner is specially formulated to dissolve pet hair (and human hair) trapped inside your washing machine, helping prevent blockages and unpleasant odours.
How often should I use it?
For the best results, we recommend using Vamoosh Washing Machine Cleaner every month to keep your machine clean and fresh.
Can I use it in any washing machine?
Yes. Vamoosh Washing Machine Cleaner is suitable for all washing machine brands and models. However it is most effective in front loading machines or machines that reach 85°C to 95° as this temperature is most effective at dissolving hair.
How do I use Vamoosh Washing Machine Cleaner?
Ensure your washing machine is empty before use. Pour the entire contents of the sachet into the detergent drawer, then run your hottest and longest wash cycle.

What is Hair Shield Technology?
Hair Shield Technology helps reduce pet hair sticking to fabrics, making it easier for hair to brush away, instead of clinging to clothing and bedding.
How do I use Hair Shield Fabric Conditioner?
Simply add Hair Shield to your washing machine's fabric conditioner drawer, following the dosage instructions on the bottle. Use with your usual laundry detergent on every wash to help reduce pet hair sticking to fabrics while leaving clothes soft and fresh.
Does Hair Shield remove existing pet hair?
Hair Shield is designed to help prevent pet hair from sticking to laundry after washing. For heavily embedded hair or removing hair in a wash cycle, we recommend using Vamoosh Pet Hair Dissolver.

What should I do if the product gets into my eyes?
Rinse immediately with plenty of clean water for several minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
What should I do if the product gets on my skin?
Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation develops, seek medical advice.
What should I do if the product is swallowed?
Seek medical advice immediately. Always keep the product packaging available if medical assistance is required.
Environment
Are Vamoosh products safe for septic tanks?
Our products are suitable for use in homes with septic tanks when used as directed. Under normal household use, the quantities entering a septic system are highly diluted and are not expected to adversely affect the operation of a properly maintained septic tank. As with any cleaning product, we recommend using only the required amount and avoiding the disposal of large quantities of concentrated product directly into the system.
Why is a hot wash recommended for Pet Hair Dissolver?
Our patented Active Oxygen technology performs best at higher temperatures, allowing it to effectively dissolve pet hair trapped within fabrics.
Do Vamoosh products contain toxic chemicals?
Vamoosh products do not contain any harmful or toxic chemicals that will leak into our eco-system and affect animals or humans.
